I partner with organizations that want to strengthen connection, deepen belonging, and build cultures where people can do meaningful work without sacrificing their humanity. My approach integrates relational-cultural theory, mindfulness, and expressive practice with practical systems thinking. I help teams move beyond surface-level inclusion efforts toward embodied, sustainable change. Whether I am working with counseling programs, higher education institutions, nonprofits, or creative teams, I focus on the relational field—how communication, power, identity, and nervous system safety shape outcomes.


My consulting is collaborative and tailored. I listen first, assess patterns, and co-create strategies that align with your mission and values. I offer support in areas such as:
